Fees
The Law Offices of DeShawne L. Bird-Sell provide
the best legal services for an attractive budget. We consider transparency in fees and expenses to be in the mutual benefit
of both the client and our firm, and the issue of value should be discussed from the first meeting or exchange of information.
- We work on an hourly fee of $130.00 per hour.
- In addition, we request retainers for all criminal, divorce and other family law issues.
- Our retainers are approximate, but will exceed:
- $2,500.00 for a divorce with custody issues
- $1,500.00 with no children.
- Our criminal retainers are a minimum of $5,000.00 for any Class D Felony.
- $10,000.00 for a Class C Felony and $15,000.00 for a Class B Felony.
- These numbers are approximate and will vary with each factual circumstance.
- We do work contingencies with personal injury claims and worker's compensation matters.
